God appoints different ministry roles within the church - such as apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers—as gifts from Christ to guide and strengthen His people. These leaders are not called to do all the ministry themselves, but rather to equip, train, and prepare believers to serve in the work of the Kingdom. As believers are taught, empowered, and actively involved in ministry, the whole church grows stronger and healthier, building up the body of Christ and expanding its impact in the community.
