A prayerful woman

Hannah is our model: a woman whose pain became a prayer and whose prayer birthed a prophet. Hannah’s persistence in prayer mirrors the depth of Jesus’ agony in the Garden of Gethsemane. In anguish, she didn’t run to people - she ran to God.
