As children of God, we have become accustomed to doing the bare minimum for the things of God. We attend church service once a week, study our bibles in small groups four times a month, spread the gospel on social media once in a blue moon, give our tithe and offering when the stock market is up, or show love to only those who love us back.
We are no longer zealous; in other words, we have great energy or enthusiasm to pursue a cause or an objective to be part of the kingdom of the light. Rather, we think we are doing God a favor by following his commandments.
